Description:
The subject of the competition is the architectural and landscape transformation of the Tyrš orchards. The addressed area is divided into a project and an idea part. The idea part will not be the subject of a subsequent contract. The project part consists of the territory of Tyršove Sady, the bed of the river Lužicka Nisa and Fuegnerova Street; the idea part consists of follow-upsurrounding the territory of the Nova Pasiřska park, other streets and spaces bordering Tyršovy sady. The client is primarily expecting a convincing opinion on the current interpretation of the romantic park from the 19th century in the context of contemporary Jablonec. With respect for the historical legacy and valuable native vegetation, the aim of the competition is citllively updating of the spatial concept, maximum use of the synergy between the park, the river Nisa, the surrounding important buildings (spa and falconry) and the adjacent Nova Pasiřska park.
