• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the supply of interior equipment (free-standing furniture) according to the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD") and the statement of dimensions and the provision of related services. PD expresses the output of the author's design of the furniture solution by the interior designer and was discussed with the user. Delivery of interior equipment includes transport, assembly, installation, training and processing of technical and operational documentation. Before entering into production, the interiors will be surveyed and verified in cooperation with the construction contractor subsequent problem-free placement of furniture. The final color solution will also be agreed upon by the client before entering into production, material and pattern selection. All technical conditions are listed as minimum (or, depending on their nature, as maximum) and binding. The supplier is entitled to offer performance with better parameters than those set by the client as minimum, or according to their nature of maximum value. In such a case, the supplier is obliged to prove that the parameter offered by him really is represents a better fulfillment of the given technical condition. Dimensions with a tolerance of ± 5% are required for the supply of elements of free-standing interior equipment. The delivery will be made after the completion of the construction works during the trial operation. An integral part of the subject public procurement is in particular: a) transport to the place of fulfillment, assembly, installation, commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all operational tests and prescribed tests according to the applicable legal regulations...
