• Description:
• This public contract is awarded in the form of Design & Build. The subject of the public contract is divided into two phases: • within the first phase, the subject is the service consisting in the preparation of a static assessment, PBŘ and the relevant stages of the project documentation, in order to construction of PV plants on 2 buildings owned by the client. • The subject of the second phase of the public contract is the supply, i.e. the subsequent implementation of the planned works, namely the installation of PV plants and their commissioning, including the necessary materials and equipment necessary for proper completion of the work including related engineering activities and revision activities. A detailed specification of the contracting authority's requirements for the subject of the public contract is given in the appendices of this call, incl. tender documentation, especially in technical reports. Suppliers at the processing of tenders and the subject of the contract must also respect Annex No. 2 of the Study of the Construction and Technological Solution of the PV Plant. However, the contracting authority points out that Appendix No. 2 ZD is informative for the supplier, the specific layout of the PV plant, including the number of panels and other partial technology will be proposed by the supplier as part of the first phase of the implementation of the subject of the contract. The subject of the public order is also the energy management system, as it is possible to use shared electrical energy for automated switching within the framework of community energy external electrical devices powered by a voltage of 230 V to 400 V, in order to increase the efficiency of the use of produced electricity and support the principles of energy self-sufficiency, in this context, suppliers will respect Annex No. 9 when processing their offers.
