- The project solves the modification of the public space on Komenske Square in Řičany in the form of a park with dimensions of about 110 x 35 meters. At present, it is an undeveloped area without public use. The aim is to create a multi -generation, freely accessible space in front of the newly emerging elementary school. The park is Designed in a combination of reinforced and unpaved areas with an emphasis on natural materials. The design includes a water element with a drinking drink, nozzles and connections to the water line. There will also be new furniture, shelters for bikes.
The project also includes new lighting, relocation of existing public management Lighting and electro connection for water element. Traffic parking spaces will be replaced with grass paving. The landscaping includes felling of non -spectrial trees and planting new greenery - shrubs, perennials and trees. The selection of trees reflects climate change and demands for drought resistance. Water from paved surfaces will be soaked into the surrounding grassy surfaces. The park will be resolved barrier -free. The construction should be realized in one stage. The planting will follow the care of vegetation for 3 years.
