- The subject of the public contract is:
a) physical supply of electricity to the client's take-off points (hereinafter referred to as supply) with the assumption of an obligation to take electricity from the electricity system,
b) transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on business conditions and on vstate administration in the energy sector (Energy Act), as amended and in accordance with Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., on Electricity Market Rules, as amended and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended,
c) provision of regulatedaccess to the transmission system and distribution systems and provision of system services,
d) provision of invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the price of electricity.
Place of fulfillment: customer's collection points
Contractor's electricity collection points from HV and LV voltage levels in totalhere 61 and in the total quantity of supply approx. 1,427 MWh/year, for the supply period 01.01.2024 31.12.2025 approx. 2,854 MWh:
a) LV voltage level consumption points in the number of 58 and in the total quantity of 1,253 MWh (i.e. approx. 626 MWh/year),
b) voltage level of HV - consumption points in the number of 3 and in the total amount of 1,602 MWh (ti. approx. 801 MWh/year).
