- The subject of the public contract is the physical supply of natural gas within the chain of joint natural gas supply services for a collection city with a consumption of natural gas in the expected quantity of 150 MWh in the category of small consumption, with acceptance of the contractor's obligation to collect natural gas from the gas distribution system, including the transfer of responsibility for deviation to supplier according to the law. 458/2000 Coll., on business conditions and the performance of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of some laws (energy law), in the form of later regulations, and in the sense of the exemption. 349/2015 Coll., on the Rules of the Gas Market, as amended by later regulations, and in the sense of other executive orders to energy zkono.
