- Combined gas supply services for the city of Zabřeh, leased heating facilities of the city of Zabřeh, contributory organizations of the city of Zabřeh, volunteer fire brigades, companies with property participation of the city of Zabřeh and Sportovni kluby Zabřeh, z. s.
The subject of the public contract is:
- physical supply of natural gas toprocurement points of the contracting parties (hereinafter referred to as supply) with the assumption of the obligation to collect natural gas,
- transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll. ), in valid stampchange, as amended by promulgation No. 349/2015 Coll., on the Rules of the Gas Market, as amended and in accordance with the decrees of the Energy Regulatory Office ERU),
- ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and ensuring system services,
- ensuring facturation of regulated and unregulated components of the price of natural gas.
Place of performance:
Purchase points of the contracting authority and authorizing contracting authorities (according to Article 2 of the procurement documentation) in a total number of 26 and in a total quantity of supply of approx. 2,930 MWh/year, for the supply period from 01.01.2024 6:00 a.m. until 1/1/2026 6:00 a.m.- approx. 5,861 MWh:
a) small consumption - consumption points in the number of 25 and in the total quantity of 4,405 MWh (i.e. approx. 2,203 MWh/year),
b) medium consumption - consumption points in the number of 1 and in the total quantity of 1,456 MWh (i.e. approx. 728 MWh/year).
