- The subject of the public contract is:
- physical delivery of natural gas to the customer's collection points (hereinafter referred to as delivery) with the assumption of the obligation to collect natural gas,
- transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier according to Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the performance of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, as amended, promulgation No. 349/2015 Coll., on the Rules of the Gas Market, as amended and in accordance with the decrees of the Energy Regulatory Office ERU),
- ensuring regulated access to the transmission and distribution system systems and provision of system services,
- ensuring invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the natural gas price.
Place of fulfillment:
Clients' take-off points (according to Article 2 of the tender documentation) in total number of 26 and in the total amount of supply approx. 2,518 MWh/year, for the supply period from 01.01.2026 6:00 until 1/1/2028 6:00 a.m. approx. 5,036 MWh:
a) small consumption consumption points in the number of 22 and a total amount of 3,642 MWh (i.e. approx. 1,821 MWh/year),
b) central consumption consumption points in the number of 1 and in the total amount of 1,394 MWh (i.e. approx. 697 MWh/year).
