- Combined electricity supply services for the city of Zabřeh, leased thermal equipment of the city of Zabřeh, contributory organizations of the city of Zabřeh, volunteer fire brigades, companies with property participation of the city of Zabřeh and Sportovni kluby Zabřeh, z. s.
The subject of the public contract is:
- physical supply of electricalergy to the customer's take-off points (hereinafter referred to as supply) with the assumption of the obligation to take electricity from the electricity system,
- transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll. someh of Acts (Energy Act), as amended and in accordance with Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, principles of price formation for the activity of the electricity market operator and implementation of certain other provisions of the Energy Act, as amended wording and other provof the relevant decrees to this Act as amended,
- ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and ensuring system services,
- ensuring invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the price of electricity.contracting authorities (according to Article 2 of the tender documentation) in total number of 142 and in the total amount of supply approx. 2,149 MWh/year, for the supply period 01.01.2024 31.12.2025 approx. 4,299 MWh:
a) LV voltage level collection points in number 141 and in a total amount of approx. 3,154 MWh (i.e. approx. 1,577 MWh/year),
