Description:
The subject of the public contract is: - physical supply of electricity to the customer's take-off points (hereinafter referred to as supply) with the assumption of the obligation to take electricity from the electricity system, - transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on business conditions and performance state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), in the valid wording and in the sense of the Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, pricing principles for the activity of the electricity market operator and the implementation of some other provisions of the Energy Act, as amended, and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended, - ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and ensuring system services, - ensuring invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the electricity price. Place performance: Take-off points of the central contracting authority and authorizing contracting authorities according to Article 2 of the procurement documentation. Taking-off points of electrical energy of the contracting authorities from the LV voltage level in total number of 52 and in the total amount of supply for the period from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2026 approx. 486 MWh.
