- Description:
- The selected supplier will ensure the operation of the collection yard and its staff, who will ensure activity in the collection yard during the specified period. The collection yard operator will also ensure the removal and subsequent disposal of waste in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., Waste Act. The operator must have all permits necessary for the operation of the collection yard. The operator will be obliged to take over from the client, or of citizens all waste listed in exc. Table of types of waste (see Annex No. 1 of the SOD proposal).
The expected amount of individual types of waste forms an annex to the draft text of the Contract, which the contracting authority submits as part of it this tender documentation. The contracting authority requests the conclusion of the Contract for a fixed period, from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029, i.e. for a period of 48 months. The condition for concluding the contract is the proper completion of the procurement procedure.
