Description:
The subject of the public contract is divided into two parts:
PART 1: COLLECTION OF SEPARATE WASTE
PART 2: COLLECTION OF BIO-WASTE
The subject of the 1st part of the public contract is the regular collection, collection and use of separately collected (sorted) components of municipal waste: paper and cardboard, plastics, glass, composite and beverage cartons (tetrapak), metals and biodegradable waste from kitchens and canteens (expired dry food without packaging and any other additives) in the territory of the city of Kralupy nad Vltavou. Part of the subject of the public contract is the provision of sorting and utilization of waste in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended regulations.
The subject of the 2nd part of the public contract is the collection of bio-waste directly from households from special bio-containers with a volume of 120, 140, 240 liters (brown color, material plastic, grid inside the container, perforation of the container) and 770 liters (brown color, material plastic), which are placed directly in citizens' homes and on public space in the territory of the City of Kralupy nad Vltavou.
