- The subject of the public contract is the collection of specified components of municipal waste in the territory of the city of Dobruška in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
It is about emptying waste containers with a volume of 120 l and 1100 l for mixed municipal waste, which is generated in the territory of the city of Dobruška from the activities of non-business natural persons,the originator of which is the city of Dobruška (hereinafter referred to as "SKO"), and the transportation of SKO to the municipal waste dump in Křovice near Dobruška.
The subject of the public contract also includes the emptying of collection containers with a volume of 240 l, 1100 l, 1500 l, 1800 l and 2150 l for the collection of sorted components of municipal waste - biologically differentviable waste, plastics and beverage cartons, paper, glass, metals and edible oils and fats, which is generated in the territory of the city of Dobruška from the activities of non-business natural persons, the originator of which is the city of Dobruška, and from the activities of legal entities and natural persons authorized to do business with whom contracting authorityconcluded a contract for the use of the waste management system introduced by him (all hereinafter referred to as "MSW"), transportation and transfer of MSW for material use [in the sense of § 11 paragraph 1 letter k) of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act")].
The subject of the public contract is NOT the removal of SKOat the above mentioned landfill.
