- The subject of the performance of the public order is the provision of comprehensive services connected with the collection, collection and use (loading) of sorted components of municipal waste - paper, plastics, clear and colored glass, beverage cartons and metals, the source of which is the city of Šumperk, including the provision of suitable collection binsob, ensuring their maintenance and ensuring the cleanliness of collection points. All activities in the fulfillment of the subject of a public contract must be ensured in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, and all implementing decrees and other generalby binding regulations.
