• Description:
• The subject of the order is the collection and removal of waste specific to medical facilities for the purpose of using or removing the client's waste, including weighing the waste when it is received from the client. The selected supplier will provide for the client the collection and removal of selected types of solid, liquid, other and of hazardous waste to the extent of the consent granted to operate a mobile waste collection device and the agreed operating procedure, according to the needs of the contracting authority and in agreement with the contracting authority. Waste, for the purposes of this procurement procedure, means: a) 15 01 10* Packaging containing residues of dangerous substances or packaging contaminated with these substances b) 18 01 03* Waste, the collection and disposal of which are subject to special requirements with regard to the prevention of infection c) 18 01 03 01* Sharp objects, the collection and disposal of which are subject to special requirements with regard to the prevention of infection d) 18 01 03 02* Parts bodies and organs including blood bags and blood cans e) 18 01 06* Chemicals that are or contain dangerous substances f) 18 01 09* Other unusable drugs not listed under number 18 01 08 g) 18 01 04 Waste for the collection and disposal of which no special requirements are imposed with regard to the prevention of infection h) 20 01 08 Biodegradable waste from kitchens and canteens
