- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in the area of collection, collection, removal and disposal of separated waste in the city of Nova Role and its catchment areas (Meziroli and Jimlikov), including the delivery of waste containers (the delivery of metal containers is not included). All in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., o waste, as amended, as amended (hereinafter also referred to as the "Waste Act") and related implementing regulations. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Appendix No. 4 specification of the subject of performance. The contractual conditions for the realization of the subject of the public contract are then specified in the model purchase contract, which forms Appendix No. 3 of this procurement documentation.
