Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of integrated laboratory services to ensure the monitoring of drinking and waste water. These are: - analyzes of drinking water for 2026 and 2027, - sampling and analysis - others (testing of water pipes, etc.) - analysis of raw water according to the decree No. 448/2017 Coll., - performing a complete microbiological analysis of the quality of drinking water according to Decree No. 252/2013 Coll., - performing analyzes of the content of natural radionuclides according to Decree on Radiation Protection No. 422/2016 Coll. and subsequent issuance and sending of the protocol, - wastewater analyzes for 2026 and 2027, - analyzes of waste generated during the operation of wastewater treatment plants for the years 2026 and 2027. Condition of the subject of performance: The laboratory must have a collection point that is no more than 40 km from the client's headquarters at the address: Zahradni 768, Frydlant 464 01. The operation of the collection point will be ensured from Monday to on Friday, where it will be possible to hand in samples, for which collection will be provided by the ordering party FVS, a.s.. The necessary sample boxes will be available at the collection point (the address of the collection point will be added by the applicant to the Title Sheet, Appendix No. 1 of these ZP).
