• The order includes the implementation of the activities: Coating of test molds and Coating of test sets of molds, which due to scientific and technological interdependence have long been combined within one company. The subject of the payment is the capture of confessional services in: coating of test samples of slides forms and entire sets of forms delivered by the client or his client using the HiPIMS (TiAlCrN) method, which will then be tested in real operation, analysis and characterization of coatings, including the name of their mechanical, tribological and structural properties, evaluation of their behavior and providing a basis for subsequent optimization of the coating process. Technical requirements for the coating (custom parameters): Coating system: AlTiCrN (HiPIMS or equivalent pulsed deposition technology enabling high peak current density to be achieved in a reliable process, typically at least on the level of approx. 0.8 A/cm.) The coating compound will be optimized in the course of the order in order to achieve the required functional properties. The client requests that at least two variants of the chemical composition of the coating with titanium content: approx. 6 at. % You approx. 10 at. % You with a simultaneous requirement for a minimum of 50 at. %. The supplier will propose and give me variants of compounds if they lead to the achievement or improvement of the required properties of the coating.
