Description: The subject of the order is ongoing and repeated delivery of different types of coagulation factors that will be implemented in quantities and deadlines according to the current needs of the contracting entity (hospital) over the period 48 months from the effective date of the Framework Agreement, based on separate partial orders. The subject of performance is particularly defined in Annexes No. 3 ZD and the conditions of implementation of the public contracts are contained in the proposals of framework agreements on the individual part of the public contract (Annex 2, this ZD). Participant offers only medicinal products for which the State Institute for Control of Drugs is set out of public health insurance, or medicinal products covered in the number of so-called N-medicines issued by the General Health Insurance Company and the Union of Hospital Medications and insurance companies are guaranteed to be reimbursed. The duration of each Framework Agreement is 48 months.
The public contract is divided into two parts in accordance with Section 35 of the Act.
