- The subject of the performance of the public contract is:
a) delivery including transport to the place of performance, installation, configuration, programming, commissioning and verification of the functionality of the equipment elements of audio visual technology (hereinafter also "AV technology" or "AVT") according to the technical specification listed in Annex no. 4 and No. 5 of the procurement documentand the list of elements listed in Annex No. 6 of the tender documentation;
b) operator training by a qualified employee (qualified employees) and provision of warranty service for this equipment;
c) delivery of all metallic connections and cabling and other installation material, i.e. complete, functional and withoutdefective execution of all related installation work, including the supply of necessary materials and equipment necessary for the proper completion of the subject of performance and ensuring its operability;
d) cleaning and removal of all packaging and other materials used during the actual installation from the place of performance in accordance with theby Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended;
and all this in the building of the Cyril Methodius Theological Faculty of the Palacky University in Olomouc at the address Univerzitni 22, Olomouc.
Detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, technical conditions and specifications are contained in Annex no.4, No. 5 and No. 6 of the procurement documentation and thus form an integral part of the procurement documentation.
