• This is the purchase of climbing equipment (safety equipment, rescue equipment, emergency equipment, ropes, equipment for outdoor sports, slides, climbing walls, equipment for outdoor sports, winches, hoists, chassis for wheelchairs for the disabled, medical equipment, six winches, carrycots, helmets). By accepting the offer, the company agrees to the business conditions stated in the draft contract. In this case, the company must have a publicly paid bank account on the tax portal of the Ministry of Finance, to which non-cash payment will be accepted. Termination due to disagreement with the terms and conditions or according to the public procurement evaluation procedure, it must be delivered within 3 working days from the date of announcement of the public procurement and within 3 working days from the date of public procurement evaluation.
