- The subject of the contract is to carry out clearing and similar works for the needs of the UZSVM UP PlzeΕ in the territory of the Pilsen and Karlovy Vary regions.Waste, incl. Dangerous waste, within the meaning of Β§ 4 para. a), b) and c) of Act No. 185/2001 Coll., On Waste and Amendments to Certain Other Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act"), owned by the Czech Republic, with the jurisdiction of the State Representation Office in mattersas a similar or right, within the scope of the territorial workplace of Pilsen. The subject of performance is also the liquidation of movable remaining things found in other organizational units of the state or state organizations for which the Office for the representation of the State in matters of property is to manage.The place of fulfillment of the subject of the public contract is the premises where the remaining movable assets intended for liquidation in the Pilsen Region and the Karlovy Vary Region are located.He should have known or could have been needed for proper and high -quality performance of the subject of performance and further, which are necessarily associated with the proper performance of the subject of performance and result from the standard practice of implementation of the subject of an analogy nature, while the execution of these works does not increase the price for the subject of the subjectFulfillment specified in the Framework Agreement. The order is divided into 4 parts, namely:
