Description: The subject of the public contract is the cleaning work of the interior and outdoor flat-skilled windows and the door of the new building of the Psychiatry Department on the premises of the University Hospital Ostrava. Cleaning services will be carried out by the supplier with its own employees, their own equipment (eg cleaning machines, cleaning trolleys, mops, waste bags), including washing, cleaning, disinfectant and detergent in accordance with internal regulations and directives of the contracting authority, according to Annexes 1, 2, 2 A, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 9 A. The Contractor undertakes to follow the technological procedures of cleaning in accordance with Decree No. 306/2012 Coll. Hygiene requirements for the operation of healthcare facilities and social care institutions, as amended and internal hygiene regulations of the contracting authority.
