- (nature and amount of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The public contract is a basic component of the ZRS CR project under the name "Clean energy in public institutions in Banja Luka". The project aims to reduce carbon emissions in the city of Banja Luka through the improvement of heatingof the system of 3 public institutions, or schools and spreading awareness about energy savings and the use of renewable energy sources among local pupils and cantors. The subject of the public order is the reconstruction of boiler rooms and heating systems of 3 buildings in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Reconstruction takes partsinitial or complete dismantling of existing boiler room technology and associated technology and new installation of new boiler room technology. It will also include the reconstruction of the heating system outside the buildings. More detailed information is provided in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation - Project document. Next is the subjectcontract defined by the contract and other annexes of this procurement documentation.
