- The purpose of the Competition is to obtain a comprehensive architectural design for the building of the city library in Česka Lipa and the directly related street area of Jeřabkova naměsti. The selected team of architect/general designer will subsequently process all project phases of the investment plan.
The area addressed is located in hihistoric center of the city and includes existing buildings no. 158 and no. 159 and beyond the area of Jeřabkova naměsti and parts of Tržni Street, Sokolska Street and Klašterni Street. These are plots of built-up area number 235, 236, 237, 238, 239 and road plots number 256, 335, 908/1, 942/1, 942/2 in c.u. Czech Linden.
