• The contracting authority divided the public contract in the sense of § 35 and § 101 ZZVZ into parts: Part 1 - Phase carbon and free and bound water analyzer Part 2 - Spectrometer - Handheld XRF spectrometer incl. accessories Part 3 - Tribology laboratory equipment The subject of this part of the public order is the supply of an analyzer of phase carbon and free and bound water intended for the determination of the content of organic, elemental and inorganic carbon and the simultaneous determination of the content of free and bound water in waste samples from industrial production, contaminated soil, carbon-based materials and building materials. The device must enable the determination of individual forms of carbon based on their decomposition in a given temperature interval with subsequent conversion of the resulting gaseous products containing carbon to CO₂ and detection of the emerging CO₂ using infrared radiation, as well as evaluating the content of free and bound water based on its release during temperature-programmable heating of the sample. The delivery includes a powerful desktop computer with an operating system, control and evaluation software, consumables for a minimum of 1500 analyses, complete installation service including setup, calibration and initial testing of the analyzer, operator training and delivery of all required technical documentation and certificates in accordance with technical specification.
