• Description:
• The subject of the order is a detailed study of the development of the Cihelna Pardubice swimming pool. The study will be based on the documents prepared by the Department of the Chief Architect of MmP and will include the following: 1. Processing of the surrounding model, especially preserved surrounding objects, greenery, fences and sidewalk 2. The design of the urban-architectural unit, including the functional, material and yield of the following: campsite with ground and driving areas, capacity parking lot, boarding house with restaurant (use the building of an empty, old building next to the car park), draft of variant ones (at the level of material and flat one) elaborate visualization, processing basis (cadastre, entry, etc.), printing and assembly input. 3. Replacement of the construction object in the swimming complex, including the processing of the passport of individual buildings. 4. Design the successive stages of implementation. 5. Draft budget for individual stages of implementation.
