- The subject of the performance of the public order is the realization of the event "Union School Chyně - Hostivice". Part of the event is the execution and delivery of construction and other works, the subject of which is the construction of a new elementary school, sports field and associated construction objects in the scope and manner specified in the draft contract and its pslats. This is the construction of a school on land owned by the municipality of Chyně, which is one of the members of the contractor's union. The building will have three floors above ground. The last fourth floor is set back compared to the mass of the entire building and serves as an exit to the residential roof and the technological part of the roof. On Wednesdaywhere a photovoltaic power plant is located. The main body of the school building consists of two functionally separated blocks connected in a Z shape. One functional unit houses general and specialist classrooms, and the other houses the technical facilities of the school, a dining hall with a kitchen, a gymnasium and an underground athletics tunnel.The floor plan dimensions of the main mass of the building are approx. 113 m x 61 m.
The public contract is financed from the subsidy funds of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT) and from the funds of the Operational Program Environment.
