• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a new transport car in the "Z" (basic) version, chassis category 1 "for urban traffic", with a total weight of up to 3500 kg. The subject of delivery can only be a new car with a clean technical license. The subject of performance is not divided into parts, and the client is requires to deliver as a whole fully compatible. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the performance of warranty service during the warranty period under the conditions specified in the draft purchase contract Annex No. 4 and technical specifications Annex No. 7. Requirements for the vehicle: - New, unused and fully functional - Approved type for operation in the Czech Republic. The supplier will also provide an authorized service center and must fulfill the guarantee of service services and defect removal in the Czech Republic. Part of the scope of performance is the transport of the vehicle to the place specified by the client and the training of the operator of the delivered vehicle and superstructures by qualified persons - technicians of the manufacturer/manufacturers for the entire time necessary for proper familiarization with the operator. The costs of said supplies and services must be part of the participant's bid price. The place of warranty service, unless otherwise specified, is the seller's place of business, or the place of service authorized by him. The price includes all required equipment the subject of the public contract and all the costs of fulfilling the contract. The delivery includes testing and commissioning, including operator training and transport to the destination, i.e. the place of implementation listed below.
