- The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the existing children's traffic playground, including light signaling, public lighting, surfaces, camera surveillance and necessary construction modifications to the extent agreed in advance, based on the prepared project documentation "Renovation of the children's traffic playground in Přibramprepared by AŽD Praha s.r.o., Division of Road Technology Automation Křižikova 32, 61200 Brno, on 12/23, which forms an appendix to this tender documentation.about the current requirements of teaching traffic prevention for children and young people. The existing traffic playground no longer meets these requirements due to its moral and technological obsolescence, and the paved surfaces already show a significant degree of wear and tear.
Part of the subject of the order is the necessary commissioning/installatione technology, initial revisions, pressure and other tests, and operator training in the Czech language.

If a specific name of the product or material is given in this call or other parts of the tender documentation, including the technical specification, allowthe client also uses another product or material with the same or better functional and technical properties.
The client warns the construction contractor that his duties include carrying out an engineering-geological survey, based on the result of which the plan and therefore the budget may be modified withmelts (see Summary Technical Report, page 1/13, 1.2 Conducted surveys and analyses). It is also necessary for the construction contractor to analyze the current asphalt for the presence of hazardous substances. The result of the analysis affects the final price of the work (the budget does not include the disposal of hazardous waste). Extensionthe subject of the public contract as a result of changes resulting from these facts, the contracting authority reserves as a change of obligation in the sense of Section 100 of the Act, when the estimated value of such additional works, if their execution becomes necessary, is included in the estimated value of the contract. The contractor is in suchin this case, undertakes to reimburse the contractor for the costs of storing such waste to the extent of its actually disposed of quantity based on weighted tickets documented by the contractor certifying the receipt of said waste demonstrably linked to this action by the operator of the relevant landfill authorized to take them overeats The supplier will state the unit price for the storage of 1t of hazardous waste in the offer form in Appendix No. 1. - Documents :
