Description:
The subject of the public contract is to eliminate the existing building and build a new building of the children's group on the plots no. St. 188 and p.č. 89/21 in the cadastral area Consons, the village of Conspicions, the method of design & Build. The subject of the contract includes in particular: a) the elaboration of project documentation for carrying out construction in BIM (information model of buildings), b) ensuring the approval of consent c) construction, ie the execution of construction work and technological buildings in accordance with the contract for work and tender documentation. Outputs of project documentation and documents related to the construction of the construction, including communication and approval processes, will be shared in the form of a common data environment - CDE. This environment will be provided by the supplier, including all related activities. In order to access the contracting authority to the CDE, the Contractor is obliged to provide at least 10 licenses to access the CDE for the contracting authority.
