- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority concludes the framework agreement with one supplier. Framework agreements will be concluded for each construction object separately: SO1 district of the Railway Administration of Pilsen (identical to the Pilsen region), SO2 district of the Railway Administration of Česke Budějovice (identical to the South Bohemianparadise). The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of a concluded framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "subcontracts") is specified in Annex No. 2, Part 2 of this Tender Document, with the fact that the subject of a subcontract may be any combination or quantity of items listed in Annex No. 3, part 2, of this Orderi documentation. Subcontracts will be awarded without renewing the competition.

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority concludes the framework agreement with one supplier.
