- Performing the maintenance of fire extinguishers according to Decree No. 246/2001 Coll. Ministries of the Interior on the determination of fire safety and performance of state fire supervision (Decree on Fire Prevention).The interior of the container, test of strength and tightness of the vessel, tightness test trigger valve or valve and safety valve test.
for water and foam once every 3 years, for others once every 5 years.
The person who has inspected, maintenance or repair is provided by a fire extinguisherand permanently legible control label so that it is visible when looking at the installed fire extinguisher, unless the design of the fire extinguisher is excluded. Control label must not interfere with the type label and overlap the fire extinguishing number.
The checking label is characterizedand the year of acting, the date of the next inspection or the next periodic examination and the data according to which the person who performed the act, namely the name and surname of that person, or the entrepreneur information about the company, name or name, registered office or place of business and identification number; u person writtenIn the Commercial Register or other records, the data on this enrollment; for an employee similar data regarding his employer.

Individual parts, components, cartridges and accessories can be replaced when checking, maintaining and repairing the fire extinguishing device (eg typeLabel, extinguishing substance, discharge gas) only components corresponding to the manufacturer's technical conditions.
• Discarding from the use of defective HP, including ecological disposal according to valid legislation that cannot be repaired in a prescribed manner or20 years, with the exception of the CO2 fire extinguisher, which is excluded from use if it is older than 40 years.
