Description:
The subject of the contract will be to carry out the price control of investor budgets in the phase of project documentation for construction.
As part of the contract, it is assumed by the supplier to ensure the following activities:
1.Sezing with project documentation of construction.
2.CEPLATE processing of the inventory Work and important items according to the principles of valid price system.
3. Control of the correct description of the item corresponding to the ZD and the price systems used.
4. Control of completeness of work inventory and finding missing items.
5. Control of the correctness and completeness of the decisive items of the inventories of work in connection with Project documentation.
6.Control compliance with the Public Procurement Act No. 134/2016 Coll.
7. Control classification of construction work (items) into the correct numeric character.
8.Control of correct formation of individual items.
9. Control observance of prescribed units.
10.Conrol Duplicity of Building work (duplicate work is removed).
11.
12.Control Verification of the specified investor price at the unit price of the investor budget items compared to valid price industry standards and Estimated values of the public contract (assessment of the investor price).
Price check of newly established items by verification with occurrences of similar items in the contractor's price offer.
