- The subject of the contract will be to carry out the price control of investor budgets in the phase of documentation for building permits.
In the performance of the contract, it is assumed by the supplier of the following activities:
1.Seznฤni with the project documentation of the construction.
2nd Control processing of work inventoryand important items according to the principles of the valid price system.
3. Control of the correct description of the item corresponding to the ZD and the price systems used.
4. Control of completeness of work inventory and finding missing items.
5.Control of the correctness and completeness of the decisive items of the inventories of work in connection withProject documentation.
6.Conrol compliance with the Public Procurement Act No. 134/2016 Coll.
7.Conrol of the classification of construction work (items) into the correct numeric character.
8.Conrol of correct formation of individual items.
9. Control observance of prescribed units.
10. Control duplicityconstruction work (duplicate work is removed).
11.Control coordination of the method of reporting similar works in individual building buildings.
12.Control Verification of a specified investor price at the unit price of the investor budget items compared to valid price industry standardsand the estimated values โโof the public contract (assessment of the investor price).
13.Conrol of completeness and correctness of the proposed items. Price check of newly established items by verification with occurrences of similar items in the contractor's price offer.
