- The subject of the competition is the design of the new COB T1 building and the P6/P7 Multifunctional building. The COB facility is a new, independent facility located in close proximity to the existing departure hall T1. The contents of the COB building are passenger check-in, facilities for airport operations, a hall for passenger security checks, a loungeky for VIP passengers, or futer-tech check-in. The multifunctional object P6/P7 is a parking building with a hotel and a congress center. The purpose of the competition is, through the awarding of prizes, to select participants with whom, in a negotiation process without publication in accordance with § 143 paragraph 2 and § 65 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "JŘBU"), thewatel to negotiate the award of a subsequent contract as described in these conditions.
