Description:
The KPU orders the processing of expert opinions for the valuation of buildings, including the land referred to in Annex 2 of this call, specifically in the award of the valued real estate matters in point 1 - 7, for the purpose of transferring assets pursuant to Act No. 219/2000 Coll. as amended and pursuant to Act No. 92/1991 Coll. ,, as amended. • An expert opinion for the valuation of buildings, including land referred to in point 1 of the inventory of the valued real estate matters, is required for the purpose of transferring assets pursuant to Act No. 219/2000 Coll., On the Property of the Czech Republic and its act in legal relations, as amended. • Expert opinions for the valuation of buildings, including land referred to in point 2 - 7 inventory of valued real estate matters, are required for the purpose of transfer of assets pursuant to Act No. 92/1991 Coll. to other persons, as amended.
