- In accordance with § 14 paragraph 2 ZZVZ, the public contract is a public contract for services, as its subject is the creation of project documentation for the CERKA urban planning project (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation") consisting in the revitalization of the Dolu Frenštat complex in the municipality of Trojanovice.
Main the idea of the projectktu CERKA is the start of a long-term process of sensitive and complex transformation of the rural area after mining activities, within which the principles of sustainability will be fully respected and will take place in accordance with the New European Bauhaus - https://new-european-bauhaus.europa.eu/index_en. The public contract is in Seouldu with § 14 paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ public contract for services, as its subject is the creation of project documentation for the CERKA urban planning project (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation") consisting in the revitalization of the Frenštat Mine site in the municipality of Trojanovice. At the same time, according to § 25 ZZVZ, it is an over-limit vpublic contract, as its estimated value exceeds the limit set by § 25 ZZVZ in combination with § 4 of Government Regulation No. 172/2016 Coll., on the establishment of financial limits and amounts for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act.
