(the nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the indication of the relevant needs and requirements) The activity of the Project Manager within the Project will consist in the ongoing day-to-day organization, coordination, control and management of the Project, in all its phases, i.e. as part of its preparation, respectively projectse preparations, its construction implementation and commissioning, namely in the following areas: (a) Project management; (b) Project cost management/budgetary services; (c) technical supervision of the investor (hereinafter referred to as TDI); and (d) coordination of safety and health protection at work on the construction site (hereinafter referred to as OSH).
