- Central control of DNS and DHCP distribution in LCR
Contract description: 3. The central DHCP and DNS solution will include the implementation of a virtual SW appliance into the client's ICT infrastructure and the setting of its functionalities, as well as advanced settings based on the application of security rules and reporting of security incidents on DNS and DHCP. The central DHCP and DNS solution will include complete centralized logging for DHCP and DNS, including records of all queries / resolutions through the DNS protocol; traceability of the given IP address, on which device it is located and on which sw port the device is currently connected; reports on the use of DNS / DHCP, including historical (it is possible to trace information back through an external syslog server), centralized management of the address plan with the addition of information from network devices about the location (port of the connected device), as well as DNS security application, ie advanced security associated with DNS and protection against DNS misuse for infiltration into the customer's site and also against exfiltration (loss) of the customer's data.
