Description:
The subject of the Public Procurement is to create, deliver, implement, integrate and provide the contractor, responsibility and danger to the contracting authority in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the following work and services:
- Central registration system of museum's collections (hereinafter referred to as "CessMP") meeting Requirements of the valid legislation in the Museum's field, including the integration of this system to existing defined contracting authorities,
in:
- Provision of Technical and Service Support Services for CessMP and all its components and components,
- Providing a service Development and Development for CessMP and all its components and components,
- Provision of training for users and administrators CessMP,
- Creation and maintenance of all CESSMP documentation and all its components and components (user, administrator, operating, safety, system architecture).
The supplier will ensure Takeover of data and functionalities from the existing register system of the contracting authority in the field of museums.
The subject of performance is detailed in the tender documentation, the detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is specified in the contract (see Annex 7 of the tender documentation) and its Annexes No. 1-6 (see Annex 1 6 of the tender documentation).
