- At the turn of 2023 and 2024, the Ministry of Finance intends to implement a centralized procurement for public administration entities for the purchase (and possibly service) of electric passenger vehicles by concluding framework agreements with one supplier for one year, for each category of vehicle separately.
Důthe reason is the fact that the two concluded framework agreements for the supply of electric passenger vehicles expired in 2022, or with regard to the dynamic development of electromobility, other standardized categories of vehicles could also be contested

The subject of this market consultation is primarily the category of electric passenger vehicles, but also possible alternatives to managerialelectric drive vehicle, i.e. executive vehicle with regular drive (in petrol engine and diesel engine) and executive vehicle with hybrid drive (Plug-in hybrid). The management vehicle is expected to be used for higher management, i.e. it is typically a vehicle with a driver and a passenger sitting onin the back seat (3B petrol, 3B diesel, 3 PHEV with driver), or o a vehicle typically driven by the manager himself (3 PHEVs).
Any amendments to the technical specifications of electric vehicle categories will be reflected in the standards, which should subsequently be binding for all ministries and their departments... - Documents :
