Description: The contracting entity carries out the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") in the position of the central contracting authority under Section 9 (1) (a). (b) law on behalf of contracting authorities. Instrucing contracting authorities with which the selected Supplier concludes on the basis of a public contract in the DNS contract.
The subject of the performance of public procurement entered in DNS will purchase personal protective equipment, including relevant documentation and transport to transport. Subject, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, term, place of performance, business and payment terms of individual public procurement entered in DNS will always be specified in the call for tenders pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. The place of fulfillment of individual public procurement entered in the DNS will be individual headquarters or places intended for those entrusting authorities.
