Description: The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the physical supply of electricity or natural gas within the associated services of supplies to the contracting authority's offtake points. The scope and conditions of the evaluation criteria, deadline, place of performance, business and payment conditions of individual public contracts awarded in DNS will always be specified in the call for bids pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. The place of performance of individual public contracts awarded in DNS will be the individual offtake points determined by the central contracting authority and the affected contracting authorities.
