DESCRIPTION OF THE CONFORMITY: to the papers (or pulp forbid) is a derailleur of cars for the Ministry of Finance in the position of the Central Contracting Authority and the contracting authority's commitment (which can be as a kind of authentical character with Sidlem in CR).
