- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of an urban-country study.
Study - Conceptual Urban -Government Proposal - will be a comprehensive basis for possible modifications of the territory and a proposal for gradual steps to acquire the landscape park area of city -wide importance (with additional functionsand leisure activities), for the use of extensive territory to modifications contributing to mitigating the effect of climate change (measures for water retention in the landscape), for setting the limits of land use.
Study will bring a comprehensive view of the territory and possible modifications, thus helping in decision -making in the territoryProtection of territory values, both existing and potential, regulation of the development of the area with regard to the requirements for the fulfillment of a wide range of functions that can be developed in a natural-country location and which could bring the territory of Central Park for the inhabitants of the city.Studies of the forest park in the Moravian suburb in Hradec Kralove (studio of garden and landscape architecture Sendler - Babka; 2008) and will serve as a basis for coordination of the territory and as a basis for project preparation of partial plans.described in the assignment, which is processed in accordance with the fulfillment of the objectives and tasks of land -use planning pursuant to the provisions of Sections 38 and 39 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., On Territorial Planning and Building Code and in accordance with the objectives of the city strategic documents. The assignment is annexed to 3 of these tender conditions.
