Description:
It is a demolition of a detached building, which served as a gas boiler room and was a source of heat for adjacent buildings. It can be divided into a single -storey indoor space with technology and a two -storey part with service facilities. The single -storey part is divided into two equal spaces of the boiler room and engine room. In the boiler room there are gas boilers and their accessories. There are five gas boilers in the boiler room. These are 3x PGV250 units, 1x PGV100 (new flue pipeline associated with KDVE300 chimney), 1x KDVE300. Each boiler has its own base. The space includes steel platforms for access to Armatures. In the engine room there is a hot -water and accessory technology. There are steel structures for access and maintenance of hot -water technology. In the two -storey part of the boiler room, there are rooms necessary for the operation of the boiler room on the ground floor.
