The subject of the public contract is also the right to transport, the installation at the place of delivery (all the individual units listed below must be connected in the functional system of magnetron sputtering apparatus), the demonstration of the magnetron sputtering apparatus (the deposition of thin layers of pure metal, alloy, its oxide, or nitride - E.g. TI, TITA, TIO2, TIN), operator training by a qualified personnel and guarantee service. Detailed technical specifications are provided, see paragraph 2.2 of the tender documentation.
