• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the comprehensive supply of a catering information system (hereinafter referred to as "SIS") for the contracting authority, including patient and employee catering within the operation of the building managed by the contracting authority - in the health facility Sanatorium Pálava. The subject of the Public Contract includes the development of an implementation plan, delivery, installation, implementation, configuration and integration with other information systems of the contracting authority, such as the hospital information system (NIS), economic information system, personnel information system and database for identity management. The scope of the Public Contract also includes the supply and installation of all related hardware accessories and the preparation of an exit plan and the subsequent execution of the exit in the event of the termination of SIS operation. After commissioning and takeover of the SIS by the contracting authority, the selected supplier will also provide operational support services and the development of the SIS, for a period of 48 months. The SIS must enable multi-channel food ordering (internet and mobile applications, touch kiosks) and support various forms of non-cash payments, including payroll deductions and payment gateways. A specific requirement is the implementation of the so-called waiter service for employees and patients, where the identification of the diner takes place at the table via a mobile device followed by online signaling to the kitchen. The delivery also includes complete equipment for the cash desk in the cafe for additional sales. In the field of clinical nutrition, SIS will provide tools for nurses and nutritional therapists to plan individual diets and monitor nutritional values and allergens in real time.
