- The subject of this public contract is the service of two Carto 3 mapping systems, production numbers 10205 and 14530, manufacturer of Biosense Webster and their accessories (hereinafter "devices"), including the delivery of spare parts for repair for the period of validity of the service contract.
The devices must, for the duration of the service Agreements concluded on the basis of the results of this tender, to meet the medical and technical requirements set out in the manufacturer and, by their functionality and activity, must not endanger the patient or service of instruments, all under fully respecting the conditions set by the manufacturer and the conditions for the use of medical Funds set out in particular in Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Resources and Diagnostic Medical Resources in Vitro, as amended.
